Our mission is to ignite human wellbeing through movement! At CANVAS, we believe that great things happen to body and mind when we move. Our roots are founded in Pilates, however we incorporate all kinds of movement in our training and don´t mind if its called Pilates, yoga or functional training - after all, its just movement! We believe that movement can be a great tool for the body and mind helping ud to a better physical and mental state of being. CANVAS was born in december 2021 and to this day, we are moving with private clients working on pain related issues, flowing in small group classes and guiding companies and their employees through mindful movement in the workspace, while also hosting the BASI Pilates educational course.
