Precast We specialise in the casting and pre-drying of refractory shapes using a variety of materials. Our bespoke formwork and mould production is conducted at our own premises enabling us to provide a cost effective service for our clients, ensuring a fast turnaround while at the same time ensuring the provision of a high quality product. Our in-house Service Department can both deliver and install onsite, while specialist facilities at our premises, including both vibration tables and oven drying facilities, promise excellent turnaround times to our clients specifications on both individual and large run quantities. Refractories CAP Furnaces always have a large range of refractory products in stock and are able to provide a full installation service for these products. Our installation team are also on hand where our clients may require general advice on insulation using these products, if not the full installation service itself. CAP Furnaces have many years of experience in using these refractory products, with a full understanding of their correct applications and specifications.
