CAP Technical are a team of highly skilled NICEIC Approved electricians who can bring solutions to any electrical problems in a domestic, commercial or industrial setting. Over the years we have forged strong relationships with regular clients through quality workmanship and reliability that gives the clients no doubt that we will get the job done efficiently. Among these clients are City Technical where we work as a subcontracted Aico trained installer for their contract with West Dumbartonshire Council. The aim of the contract is to upgrade over council homes to the latest LD2 smoke alarm system in order to bring them up to current Scottish government legislation. This legislation will be enforceable by the middle of next year and includes all homes in Scotland. The team can fit anywhere between 50-100 alarms per day working with minimal mess or disturbance to the tenant. We cover the central belt of Scotland completing contracts in universities and hospitals for MPMH Construction as a subcontractor for their small and medium works division. We also work with Hamilton Academical Football Club performing jobs all over their stadium and offices as well as on call services during matches in case of an emergency. Domestically, CAP Technical carry out a number of rewires or small installs on properties all over Glasgow which are delivered on time and budget with full NICEIC Approved test certificate on completion. Often working with KC Development on their contracts fitting new extensions onto domestic properties. NICEIC audit our company once per year to verify we are conforming to current regulations. We carry out regular testing and inspection on properties for the required EICR certificates. This can be for landlords in a domestic setting or insurance purposes in offices or factories.
