Capacity Building Partnerships

Capacity Building Partnerships was formed with a mission to further collective and transformative change within communities and workplaces. Our consultants represent over 90 years of experience in organizational development, and we continue to learn and grow, adapting innovative practices that strengthen and support leaders and their teams. Our paths intersected at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon (NAO), where we served Oregon’s community nonprofits by delivering training and technical assistance. In 2019, when NAO re-focused its mission on advocacy and public policy, we continued our passion-work to support community organizations by forming Capacity Building Partnerships. Today, we serve over 250 organizations in the public, nonprofit and private sectors. Our work ranges from the design and facilitation of customized workshops to multi-year systems change projects.
