To create a environment where ideas and thoughts can flourish we try to mix our teams with younger abilities and older, more experienced resources. This way the youngsters can loosen some of the usual "knots" present when working the traditional way while the "masters" can hold back the young guns when things get too fantastic. We at Cape Engineering has set our mind to grow and aspire to become the leading supplier of customer unique engineering solutions and problem solving. We aim, at first for the area of mechanical engineering, analysis and documentation but can also proudly speak of our experience in automation and electrical engineering. Our teams enjoys challenges and loves to be the ones finding the optimal solution to a problem.
