Capel Cookies

Capel Cookies is a homemade cookies enterprise which was founded by friends Georgina Ede and Suzanne Cole in the Autumn of 2009. We attended a Lindy Smith cookie decorating course in the summer of 2009, which inspired us both to start an enterprise making beautiful, unique and often quirky cookies for lots of different occasions. Georgina has had a career in catering and management and now runs a successful Bed & Breakfast business from home, Nightless Copse B&B. Suzanne currently works as an Admissions Secretary at a local Primary School following a break as a full-time Mum. Prior to that she worked for several years as a PA to Company Directors of both national and international companies such as Sir Robert McAlpines and House of Fraser plc. She has always enjoyed creative pastimes, including a previous enterprise making homemade cards. However, we both very much hope that our passion for beautiful cookies will inspire everyone. They are currently stocked by several local Farm shops- Kingfisher Farm at Abinger Hammer, Village Greens in both their shops - one at Ockley and one at Denbies Vineyard and The Larder which is at The Medicine Garden, Cobham.
