We work with a number of investment firms including Private Family Offices, PE Funds and Treasury/Investment arms of private companies. We provide an advisory service to MBI/MBO teams looking for financial backing, as well as providing capital for EBITDA positive companies seeking growth capital. We have also facilitated and arranged large credit lines in both private and public markets for our clients. On the Buy Side, we work with large family offices, mid sized PE Funds and investment arms of large corporates, in sourcing direct PE investments, and advise, structure and facilitate the transaction through to close. We also help to find co-investment partners and raise equity for investments our clients may already be involved with. Our investment mandate is usually focussed on US and UK/European opportunities.
