Capital Construction Limited CCL (Capital Construction Limited), formerly part of CDL (Capital Development Limited), became a distinct business operating under the current name in 2011. CCL is a subsidiary of CDSG (Capital Diamond Star Group), one of Myanmar’s most respected and prominent conglomerates with a presence spanning multiple sectors.
