Our mission is to provide clients a unique blend of coaching and analysis to bolster their financial decision journeys. Capital Development TCJ supports clients with building long term wealth through real-estate transactions and investments. Though our business revolves around real estate, we are also able to support clients by increasing their literacy with stock and fixed income investments, 1031 exchanges, and estate planning should the need arise. It’s usually difficult and confusing for clients to make decisions around these types of investments, all of which can have major implications on their lives, therefore our clients have access to a professionally trained coach to help guide them through their decision journey. Along with a coach, clients receive support from a real estate professional who is also a trained project manager and research analyst. In essence, our clients get support from a pair of coaches. One coaches clients on the psycho-emotional aspects of their decisions while the other coaches on the pragmatic considerations.
