Capital Letters is the only not-for-profit owned by London boroughs, and supported by government, finding solutions for homelessness. We know that a secure, good quality, affordable home is the key to a successful life. We also know that London boroughs have limited resources to help everyone in need - that is why Capital Letters exists. We provide simple innovative solutions to homelessness that save London boroughs money. We are a self-sustaining, not-for-profit, service provider and landlord; our expert team works collaboratively with investors, property developers, landlords, and local authorities to make letting private homes to low-income families financially viable and financially attractive. Our aim is to reduce the burden on the public purse and make affordable private rented homes accessible to everyone in need.
