Capital One Advisers has been present in the Polish market since mid 2002. The company started as an advisory house specializing in equity transactions in the non-public market – mergers and acquisitions as well as private placements involving private equity funds. Within a short time, the firm has grown and gained additional competencies in all areas of debt financing as well as complex advisory expertise in public offerings. As a specialized financial adviser, we aim at addressing concrete needs of our Clients, advising them on developing most effective financing solutions which enable them to optimize their business potential and strengthen their position in financial markets. Capital One Advisers focuses on servicing medium and large-sized enterprises. Many of our Clients engage us as an external corporate finance department. Our role is to constantly monitor company’s value and its drivers and to plan and arrange diversified financing models. We also serve as a dedicated representative of Client’s interests towards financial institutions. Assuming that compatibility of interests between company management and its controlling owners is the strongest driver of growth, we often propose and help design solutions such as equity option programs for key employees. Additional experience in the banking sector enables us to provide full transaction services, covering external financing of acquisitions.
