Special-Situations / Corporate Restructuring / Investor Engagement: Our partners have industry-leading and award-winning track record in special situations since 1990’s through numerous periods of market dislocation. Clients are often placed in financial stress requiring bespoke and innovative solutions cutting across the full spectrum of capitalization from debt to equity that need to be tailor-made and privately negotiated. In addition to financing solutions, we also provide strategic support for corporate management in investor engagement.
