CapitalPad is a deal-by-deal private equity platform, offering co-investments in lower middle market transactions led by independent sponsors and acquisition entrepreneurs. We connect independent sponsors and self-funded searchers with aligned capital to fund their acquisitions, while also giving accredited investors access to curated, sponsor-led deal flow they wouldn't find on their own. For Sponsors and Searchers: CapitalPad invests $1M–$2.5M per transaction, with smaller commitments available for searcher deals. We invest directly and bring a network of funds, family offices, and accredited investors to your deal to help you close. No fees for sponsors. We only succeed when you do. For Investors: CapitalPad provides deal-by-deal access to independent sponsor and search fund acquisitions. Every opportunity is vetted against strict criteria for profitability, operator quality, and deal economics. Individual investors are pooled into an SPV for simplified participation (institutional partners can go direct) What We Look For: Established, cash-flowing businesses with durable demand and experienced operators.
