Deploying a unique set of innovations and modifications, the firm’s designs reinvent the modern home from the inside out, preventing health problems before they happen. Caplow Manzano houses are 100% drywall-free, eliminating the most common location for mold. All plumbing and AC ducts are easily accessible, and walls, floors, and ceilings are built without voids or cavities. Finishes are nontoxic and hypoallergenic. Homes are elevated an entire story above current ground levels, and are designed to last at least a full century.
