Richard Capote has been an active member of the South Florida Real Estate Market in Miami, FL for over a decade now. Rich entered the real estate industry shortly after attaining his BA degree from Florida International University. His involvement with buyers, sellers, and investors of various backgrounds while attending to their complex needs spans far beyond that. Rich first began his real estate career as a loan officer. As his knowledge & experience grew he developed a private practice as a mortgage broker. Rich grew to handle complex financial transactions for a wide array of clientele which included foreign dignitaries. Eventually his evolution in real estate led him to become a Realtor Associate focusing on Residential and Commercial Real Estate as a Luxury Sales Specialist. He consistently has a good pulse on real estate in Miami-Dade County by keeping pace with the latest trends in the Luxury, Residential, and Commercial markets. The vast knowledge he gained through his work experience in finance processing complex transactions makes him an asset to any real estate transaction. Richard’s clients can rest assured that they are in great hands when they work with him because of his attention to detail, the understanding of the complexities of any real estate deal, his expertise in the financial facets, and his innate social skills. His quest for excellence keeps him continuously engaged in Real Estate courses to keep up with current market developments and home marketing trends. In 2022 I decided to open my own brokerage and create a niche for working with Foreign Nationals. I have a team of attorneys, accountants, and bankers to help in the process, and know exactly what proceses are involved.
