Our acquisitions team seeks out value-add opportunities to invest in Multifamily in Secondary and Tertiary markets throughout the Central US, as well as, Amazon Resistant retail shopping centers. Our goal is to quickly stabilize the properties and leverage them at today's low interest rates to achieve high current cash-on-cash yields for our investors-Multifamily located in economically stable with value add potential and above average yields -Multi-tenant “Amazon Resistant” [can’t put in a box and ship it] Retail -Secondary MSAs - Central & West US focus •Stable & Value Add Properties – preference for those needing lease-up & repositioning.
