Introduction Capstone Industry Limited is a local Sierra Leonean company established to provide reliable quality quarry materials, construction services and a wide range of technical services in Sierra Leone and other parts of West Africa. Capstone Industry Limited is an established entity with registration number C.F/1150/2012. The company was formed by young Sierra Leonean entrepreneurs wanting to challenge the prevalent dominance of the granite stone/aggregate and construction industry by foreign companies and to take the lead in the implementation of government policy on local content. The business office is situated in Freetown. The quarry industry is a growing industry. There is a lot of construction work being undertaken nationally and within the Mano river union. This has called for a high demand for granite of different sizes, dust for cement and other related construction materials. As part of our contribution to the Agenda for Prosperity,our main aim is to look at the supply chain of major businesses and to see where Sierra Leoneans can take charge in areas where foreign companies have previously dominated.
