This allows your team to easily build complex plans, based on your client’s unique requirements. Small Group Module Do you manage a lot of Small Employers? Our Small Group Module (SGM) allows you to manage an unlimited number of small Employers within a single Plan Design. If you are a National Administrator, you can setup multiple SGM to manage your different regions. The SGM is dynamic and very flexible, allowing you to offer many different Eligibility Rules and Employee Cost Sharing options. When an Employer is added to a SGM, the Plans/Rules of the SGM are virtually assigned to the Employer. There is no Plan setup required, the Employer inherits the Rules of the SGM. This allows a new Employer to be setup in minutes verses days. No information is shared between Employers in an SGM, they are independent of each other, so information is private and secure. The SGM saves a tremendous amount of time setting up a new Employers, but it saves even more time during Plan Year Renewal. Instead of updating every single Employer, you only need to update the SGM. The Employers in the SGM will automatically inherit the new rules.
