Captains Social Foundation

Captains Social Foundation is a youth-led non-profit organisation with the objective of Building Future Leaders through Volunteering. We design volunteering opportunities for young people to enhance their 21st-century skills and contribute to addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We believe volunteerism is a transformative tool for personal growth, professional advancement, and leadership development - and we are committed to bridging the skill gap among youth through the spirit of volunteerism. We create immersive volunteering experiences where young people engage with real-world challenges, collaborate with diverse communities, and drive meaningful social impact. We are a collaborative platform for individuals, institutions, organisations, communities, corporates, governments, and other stakeholders - to create shared opportunities for volunteering. From ideation to execution, we support the design, coordination, outreach, and implementation of social initiatives that drive meaningful change locally, regionally, and globally. At CAPTAINS, volunteering is more than just giving back - it’s about building the future. We are shaping a generation of young leaders who take initiative, solve real-world challenges, and create a ripple effect of change.
