CapZone Analytics offers technology-enabled solutions to risk and compliance challenges within the Opportunity Zone industry. We estimate there are over 200 rules contained within the OZ regulations, and we are in the process of developing a technology engine designed to monitor and analyze those rules using our clients' data to serve as an early-warning indicator and identify areas of potential risk. We serve as the centralized source of data and reporting, and we keep our clients updated on regulatory changes, monitoring their accounts and informing leaders of compliance impacts. Our mission is to align Opportunity Zone investors, colleagues, and communities to achieve sustainable growth and help our clients deliver on the promise of the Opportunity Zone program.
