Klim Op is een Centrum Ambulante Revalidatie (CAR) gelegen in het centrum van Eeklo. Klim Op bestaat reeds meer dan 40 jaar en is regionaal een gevestigde waarde. Laagdrempeligheid is een belangrijke troef van ons centrum. We onderzoeken en behandelen (voorschoolse) peuters, kleuters, kinderen en jongeren met ontwikkelingsmoeilijkheden op een multidisciplinaire en wetenschappelijk gefundeerde manier. We vertrekken steeds van de mogelijkheden van het kind en zijn omgeving. Zo streven we naar empowerment en maximale maatschappelijke participatie van kinderen en hun gezin.
