To make and display art or stories told by people of color and/or in the LGBTQ+ Community. It is time for our stories to be represented in the media and we are doing so by pairing up with some of the most talented and well versed people in the industry while pushing the boundaries in today's mediums. Our industry is changing, and it is doing so quickly. Audiences want to see themselves represented on the big screen. The box office has shown us this time and time again. However, this change is not enough. Having people that look and act like us on TV is not enough. Who are the people telling these stories? Are the people behind the camera people like you and me? We don’t just want to change the representation, we wan’t to flip the industry. We are going to create a fully inclusive environment for crew members, story tellers and creatives to all be a a part of.
