Carbon-Ell Mfg
Carbonell Manufacturing is a private, owner operated manufacturer of ceiling wire assemblies fasteners and tools. The acoustical ceiling industry has been around for many years but improvements have been few and far between. Approximately 10% of wires and fasteners are discarded every year due to failure rate. Carbon-Ell is proud to present a new patented fastener line that is reusable, stronger, interchangeable for wood steel and concrete that provides an viable structural more versatile alternative to twist tied fasteners. Carbon-Ell fasteners uses 1/3 of the space required to store and stock current twist tie fasteners. This translates into savings from manufacturing down to the retailers. Carbon-Ell fasteners are not dedicated to the wires as are twist tied fasteners allowing retailers to store all fasteners in show room shelves and every length wire from 4' to 20' in 2' increments. This will ensure they will not turn away contractors for lack of product. Retailers will always have every available combination of fastener and wire possible, be a metal decking self drilling eye lag, a powder actuated concrete fastener or a bar joist fastener.
