At Carbotech Metacast, We are Manufacturer of Grey Cast Iron (CI) and Ductile (SG) Iron castings for Export and Local market. The foundry is supported by its sister companies, which carries out machining, assembly work on the castings produced by the foundry. Our highly skilled employees having more than 30 years casting foundry experience, gives us expertise in the production of extra heavy duty Grey Cast Iron Casting (upto Kgs single piece). Carbotech Metacast is a partnership company based in Rajkot, India. The Company is well known for its unique strength of "VERSATILE MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES". Casting weight ranges from 25 Kgs to Kgs (single piece) in Gray Cast Iron parts and 25 Kgs to 1500 Kgs (single piece) in S.G. Iron parts. For very low quantity and low volume casting, we are doing Lost Foam Casting (LFC), Full Mold casting (FMC). We have in house pattern making shop, which uses EPS / Styrofoam / thermocol / polystyrene sheet or blocks to make patterns for LFC. We are doing moulding in No bake, green sand, unbounded sand. We have been incurring huge investment in product development, quality control management and technology advancement to supply quality products of international standard. Our state-of-the-art production unit is capable of manufacturing quality products to satisfy the customer demands and specifications. Our company is backed by a fully equipped Machine Shop, dedicated for the foundry and supplies castings in fully machined condition to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). We are producing casting of Machine tools parts, Lathe Bed, CNC bed, HMC base table, VMC bed slide, Floor Boring M/c Table, Marble cutting M/c Column, Valve, Gear boxes, Manhole covers, Pumps parts, Railway components, Automobile parts, Etc.
