Cardea Nutrion was established in 2016 by Dr Doug Hancock and Alice Feslier Holmes to provide nutrition advice for recreational and elite athletes. In a world where every week there is a new fad diet, a new nutrition "expert," or a new list of "good" or "bad" foods, it can be hard to know who to believe. Cardea provides nutrition advice that athletes can trust. Our team of fully qualified dietitians have extensive experience delivering sports nutrition advice.
