Cardiff Homes 4 Students

My wife and I own and manage just 5 rental houses in Cardiff, three of them just for students and two primarily for young professionals and mature or post-graduate students. We look after them ourselves and aim to get to know all our tenants. There is no agency to go through to talk to us. We aim to make sure all the tenants are happy with their housing, providing high quality accommodation with personal care and service. Two of the student houses are in Roath, at 10 Claude Place (for 8 students) and 139 Moy Road (for 7 students), and one is in Topaz Street, Adamsdown (for 6 students). The two houses for professionals are at 44 Moy Road and 114 Newport Road. We can take couples: one student couple at the Claude Place house and up to 3 professionals at the Newport Road house.
