Cardinal Elements Weight Loss & Wellness is located in the Weight Loss Studio in Cumberland Indiana. We work to implement life style choice to reduce barriers leading to chronic disease. This program is covered 100% by insurance, without fees, no co pays, no deductibles, even on high deductible plans. I am in network provider with AETNA, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health, UMR, Medicare, AARP and Humana. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), I am educated at an advanced level to care for patients, in the role to optimize the healthcare organization and systems to influence positive outcomes in health. The CNS is responsible and accountable for diagnosis and treatment of health/illness states, disease management, health promotion, and prevention of illness and risk behaviors among individuals, families, groups and communities.
