Cardinal Engineering Associates, Inc.(“Cardinal”) is a Connecticut-based consulting engineering firm established in 1962 and headquartered in the City of Meriden since 1965. The firm was originally founded as a Partnership and later incorporated in 1971 under the laws of the State of Connecticut. Cardinal has over 55 years’ experience in planning, design and supervision of construction for a wide range of public works projects. In addition to the extensive list of Towns and Cities that we have worked for, our firm has completed assignments for the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and Division of Construction Services.
