Dr. Rob Kremer founded Cardinal Geographics, LLC in in Nederland, Colorado, originally as a GIS instructional group. Through many years of intensive focus in reclamation, plant ecology, threatened and endangered species, wetlands delineation and permitting, soil science, regulatory permitting and compliance, environmental forensics, and emergency response and risk management planning, we have become specialized in creating and maintaining talented teams of professionals toward a full-spectrum of environmental services, including developing and maintaining relationships among communities, agencies, governments, special interests groups, and developers across industry sectors.
