Our warm, modern households help young people embrace their independence but in a supportive, nurturing environment. The team at Care and Community empower young people to LIVE and not just to exist. We nurture them to maximise every opportunity, helping them find their feet, develop their life skills and become part of the community. Our multi-agency partnerships guide our young people towards achieving their Pathway Plan and Every Child Matters framework along with ongoing life skills including: Budgeting | Shopping | Cooking | Cleaning | Job Application and Interview skills All our locations in the North West have Wi-Fi access throughout the buildings, enabling our young people to securely access the internet to help with their course work, apply for jobs or just catch up with friends. It is our mission to ensure each young person in our households have a successful move-on and transition to fully independent living. We achieve this by creating a family working environment for our teams and employing exceptional personalities to support our young residents throughout their journey.
