With professional experience as a Regional and National Manager in Post-Acute Care, I discovered what it's like to walk in the shoes of an adult daughter caregiving for my parents. Combining my personal and professional experience, I founded Care-Connectors, a Senior Care Referral and Placement Agency that helps simplify the overwhelming process of finding Senior Care and/or a Senior Living Facility that matches client’s needs and connects them with appropriate resources to help them on their journey. We receive referrals by working closely with Social Workers, Case Managers, Physician Offices, Real Estate Agents, Elder Law Attorneys, Veteran Advocates and other professionals who serve seniors.
