Care Dynamics Ltd was founded in 2007 by John Beukes. After working within the Care Sector for national organisations we realised there was a gap in the market for a local company with local knowledge with a passion to provide a personal service. Over the years we have provided quality staff to Care Homes, Nursing Homes and the NHS Mental Health Trust. We take pride in our staff and how they represent Care Dynamics. Training is done in house to the very highest standard. In fact we also train many of the Nursing home staff in the Bournemouth area. We work closely with our homes to ensure our staff work to the same high standard as the permanent members. We then opened our Domiciliary desk. We feel that our clients are our own family and will only provide the very best care. Promoting Dignity, Independence and wellbeing. Care Dynamics are happy to assist our clients families to transition through the sometimes difficult process of looking after loved ones. We were very proud when in 2019 Jason Gould our Field Supervisor was awarded Homecare Worker of the Year and we were also awarded a rating of “OUTSTANDING” by CQC. We are now entering a new phase with our normal becoming a new normal. Covid 19 will change the way we all go about our business and how we can still provide the excellent level of care we pride ourselves in. That might be to our Nursing Homes or to clients in their own homes. Care Dynamics are constantly evolving within the Government Guidelines and will continuously strive to keep our units, clients and staff safe.
