Care Haven Healthcare is a non-profit organization that strives to eliminate barriers to specialty healthcare in Canada. We create robust networks of specialized healthcare providers to connect patients to specialty healthcare without suffering long wait times and to create an easy pathway to treatment. Care Haven works directly as well as partner with all stakeholders so we can be hand in hand with patients every step of the way through their path to care and recovery, this is how Care Haven looks after the whole process from diagnosis to treatment, while patients focus on getting better. To achieve our goals, we target one Specialty at a time and our team will do everything possible to find, build, advocate for our programs to help Patients.
