Care at Home is an experienced and dedicated care and support company, not an agency. We offer a range of practical care and support services that allows our clients to continue to enjoy independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. We provide support to adults of all ages with a variety of care needs, including those with age-related issues, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues, complex and challenging behaviour and sensory impairment. We believe that people are happiest in their own homes, amongst familiar surroundings. We provide a mixture of practical support and flexible care so that our clients and their families can be given the freedom to live as full and independent life as possible. Our services include personal care, assistance with medication, shopping, meal preparation, light household duties, prescription collecting and respite care. We also recognise that no two people are the same and work closely with our clients, their families, social workers and health professionals to ensure that we are providing the most appropriate type and levels of care and support for them.
