Care Management Coaching

This is a new service which has come from our Care Home and Coaching experiences. We are seeking to develop this service through collaboration with Care Home Executives and then offer our service to their care homes. The Care Sector involves people and the aim of our service is to develop people for the benefit of people What do you do with the service we give you? We put together a full proposal including timing, costs and additional services Care Home Executives decide on introduction to their group and specify which care home would benefit most from this unique offer on a trial basis before extending it out to other homes in the group.
