Our Story Started by sisters Sue and Wendy, Care Sisters is family run introductory care agency who believe everyone should be free to continue experiencing the happiness and comfort of living in their own home. After working as carers for several of the leading care agencies, we decided to found our agency and keep it small to provide a personal level of service that you don’t get from a larger agency. Live-in care is a very personal experience, your loved one will be inviting someone to live in their home and experience every moment of their life with them. It’s a unique relationship between your loved one and their carer(s), and one we strive to ensure is welcomed, professional and enjoyable for all. We believe that being a small family business helps us develop and maintain these personal relationships, putting the needs of elderly people and their families first, creating genuine companionship and a trusted bond with your family. We are committed to keeping our agency small enough to ensure we always put your family and your loved ones at the centre of everything we do. Because of our very personal approach, many of our carers go on to become lifelong friends with the families of the loved one’s they care for. Our mission is to help people remain in their own homes for as long as possible and to assist those who need help owing to frailty, disability or illness to live as independently as possible with comfort and dignity. We at Care Sisters know through experience that receiving quality care in the home, surrounded by all their possessions and memories and having the freedom to make choices and maintain their daily routine, can significantly improve the quality of an individuals life and well-being. This is a much more appealing option than having to leave their home to live in a care home.
