Care To Care

Care to Care® provides aged care, disability care, community nursing, injury insurance, allied health, and private pay services. We are a registered NDIS provider and an approved Home Care Package provider. Furthermore, we are also approved to provide DVA Home Care, DVA Community Nursing services and are a registered NIISQ provider. The majority of Care to Care® services are paid for by government funding programmes, ie HCP (aged), NDIS (disability), NIISQ (injury insurance), DVA (community nursing) and CarersGateway (respite). Care to Care® services can be summarised: Personal Care • Showering/grooming • Toileting • Dressing/Undressing • Medication reminders Nursing Care • Wound care • Medication administration • Health assessments • Medical tests Companionship & Pastoral Care • Social and community activities Domestic Assistance • Cleaning/vacuuming • Daily basic house clean (changing / making bed, etc.) • Washing & ironing • Meal preparation Transport • Appointments (Doctor, physio, dentist) • Food shopping Light gardening • Weeding • Light pruning • Mowing • Snipping In-home respite • A support worker supporting the family (primary carer) when they are not available
