Carebridge is a non-profit agency that fosters caring, strong and inclusive communities across Lanark County. We contribute to the development of a person-centred vibrant community by developing and providing services that help the community’s most vulnerable feel welcome, supported, engaged and connected to others. Our Three Service Pillars - Seniors' Services - Affordable Housing - Developmental Services Community Development is at the heart of what we do. We champion community-building events, support neighbourhood projects, celebrate diversity and empower residents to live independent, connect lives, engaging and contributing within their community.
