About the Name and Logo: The uncanny 'z' at the end of the 'Craftz' to pluralize the word 'crafts' is in line with the netspeak and has for long been associated with the will to not conform. Craft which literally means 'an activity involving skill' signifies the many different processes involved in the process of identifying talent - both for the prospective employer who is reasonably in a look out for best and most suitable talent and the individual who has his talent as his most important asset. The logo is an inversion of the Heart Chakra symbol. Chakras are the nodes or energy points in our ethereal body and symbolize the major centers of our spiritual being. Heart Chakra symbolizes the heart-mind, the will to be empower oneself. The inversion of this signifies our mission, to be those who enable others in their process of self-empowerment and actualization.
