Career Indaba® is a digital-first multimedia employment network dedicated to driving employability, skills development, entrepreneurship, and labour market transformation to advance inclusive economic participation across Africa. We are committed to seeing unemployment reduced to single digits, closing skills mismatches, and expanding market access across Africa’s formal and informal economies. We harness the power of digital media and broadcasting as enablers for socio-economic transformation, connecting employers, learning institutions, policymakers, and organised labour to real opportunities. Through data-driven conversations and solution-oriented programmes focused on employment, skills development, and entrepreneurship, Career Indaba® transforms dialogue into action and builds pathways to inclusive economic participation across the continent. Established as a non-profit company (NPC) in 2013, headquartered in South Africa with branches in Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Tanzania, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia and more, officially launched 1st May 2025. Career Indaba® has aligned its programs with the National Development plans (NDP & NSDP) 2030 & Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.
