Career Path Services is a dynamic 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to workforce development and employment training, proudly headquartered in Spokane, WA. We’re more than an organization—we’re a community partner committed to transforming lives. By equipping individuals with the skills and support they need, we create lasting change that strengthens the communities we serve. At the micro-level, we prepare individuals to compete for employment with family-supporting wages and connect employers to the talent they need for their business to grow and thrive. At the macro level, we affect social changes, making our communities a better place to live, work and do business. Career Path Services has been named a Non Profit Time's Best NonProfit to work for the last five years and we've won the When Work Works Award (Sloan Award) for the ninth time in the last ten years. Our employees are passionate, dedicated and work hard to make a difference in peoples' lives.
