Formerly a corporate recruiter for technology companies, Melanie found that many applicants were well-qualified for positions but did not present themselves well on paper or in person. She also noticed that the hiring process was often subjective which could result in the favoring of some applicants over others regardless of qualifications. This led to her founding CareerCoach Pro in order to help clients to present their best selves and strategize around career barriers- Advocate.
