During leadership opportunities in corporate, I found that the one, natural thing I loved most was coaching and mentoring. Through CareerFrame, I work with individuals to support them on their journey to being even more amazing in their career and life. We all have it within us and sometimes, we need a thought partner to help pull it out so we can truly own who we are by focusing on our strengths.
