We’re Careers West, a boutique West Australian team providing psychosocial coaching and occupational health services that support businesses of all sizes in keeping their employees happy and healthy. For the past 10 years, we’ve been helping WA organisations achieve happier workplaces and build a better employee culture. We do this by offering psychosocial coaching, psychometric assessing, outplacement services, workshops, training and occupational medicine services. It is now as important for employers to look after their employees’ mental health as well as physical health. We partner with businesses to help them meet their work health and safety obligations. Psychosocial issues are harder to identify and manage. Our unique approach is to offer coaching and we believe it is one of our superpowers. In 2020, Careers West added Occupational Medicine services to our line-up, which we now offer directly through our Occupational Medicine Consultant, Dr Miguel Kabilio. Providing Occupational Medicine Consultancy allows us to provide an expert perspective on the health and safety of your workers, which enables you to meet their health and safety requirements.
