CARENEA AG is a Swiss company that focuses on the search and placement of healthcare professionals. We offer integrated RPP solutions (Recruiting Process Partnership) for the healthcare sector in Switzerland by attracting qualified talent and workers from abroad, providing targeted training, preparing them for their new job, and successfully placing and introducing them in Switzerland. We help healthcare institutions such as hospitals and clinics to establish a strong employer brand and develop a successful recruitment strategy to find and hire the right talent. Thanks to our local recruitment centers in Eastern Europe, we can recruit well-qualified and accredited professionals for our Swiss clients and prepare them for work in Switzerland. Consequently, we enable our clients to plan their staffing reliably and in line with their needs. All our candidates participate in a unique training and relocation program, Carenea Academy, accredited by our Swiss partners. The program prepares the candidates for a successful expatriation and entails: • language and cultural training • diploma recognition by SRC • German language exam (Zertifikat B2) • relocation suport • access to the Carenea community in Switzerland The CARENEA community helps medical staff moving to Switzerland to better acclimatize not only to their new workplace but also to their new country. Having community support is crucial for maintaining motivation and commitment.
