To address the challenges of running a practice, a myriad of automated tools saw the light of day. This has added a new layer of complexity: working in one system to manage one’s agenda, updating another, often on paper, to manage cases and financials. At Careshaper we are committed to facilitate easy access to matched care, and enable care providers to focus on what they do best. Via our democratic software approach we prioritise the development and shaping of specific functionalities of the Careshaper platform.The ethics that underpin the mental health care sector guide us is developing Careshaper towards a force for fostering well-being. The sanctity of the therapeutic relationship is at its core. So we developed specific encryption technology and security protocols to honour the underlying confidentiality and privacy aspects.
