CareTrends Health Service is a home health care provider supported by a dedicated team of care practitioners from various healthcare disciplines, including: • Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) • Home Health Aides • Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists • Personal Assistants and Personal Care Attendants Our goal is to help individuals increase their independence to the fullest extent their health allows.
