Die Careum Stiftung versteht sich als Organisation, die den Dialog zwischen den Akteuren im Gesundheitswesen fördert. Careum zeigt auf, wie Trends im Gesundheitswesen in konkrete bildungspolitische Vorhaben umgesetzt werden können. Das Ziel ist es, relevante Impulse zu geben und Lösungsansätze aufzuzeigen, wie die zukünftige Welt der Gesundheit und insbesondere die Bildung im Gesundheitswesen aktiv mitgestaltet werden kann. Ganz im Sinne des Stiftungszwecks: «Die Stiftung fördert die Bildung im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen durch Innovation und Entwicklung.»
