Carey Group Training is a Registered Group Training Organisation, servicing industries including the Mining, Civil Construction, Construction, Oil & Gas and White Collar sectors. Carey Group Training provides innovative and professional apprentice and trainee management services to employers. We facilitate employment of apprentices and trainees who are then hosted out to organisations where they work on site and do their on-the-job training. We manage all the requisite training requirements via Registered Training Organisations (RTO) and offer extensive support and advice to both host employers and employees. Our Role • Advertise for, screen, interview and recruit candidates; • Prepare trainees for on-boarding, providing inductions and uniforms; • Administer all IR, HR, Workers Compensation and mentoring functions • Organise and coordinate all necessary training support including the supply of qualified trainers
