Another unannounced inspection, this time by Health and Safety who examine the Kitchen, storage, fridges and freezers, cookers and everything including the kitchen sink, once again for the fourth year running we attained a Five Star rating. An inspection by the Lay Observer concentrating on care, comfort and wellbeing of all our residents, the quality of staff, the comfort of the home and the manner in which care is delivered gave Carham Hall top marks.
